Your appliances are the only items in your home whose warranties are not handled by Blackrock Homes. Ferguson is the company who has supplied the appliances and they will handle any warranty requests directly.

Maintenance
Review all literature provided by manufacturers regarding the proper use of the appliances. This information can be found in the Homeowner Packet provided to you during your home orientation.
